Cute, private guest room inside our home with separate entrance. We’re on the Central Coast in the middle of wine country. Just a short drive from the 101 Freeway, 10 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes from San Luis Obispo. Our house is active (currently with two homeschooled children) so you can close yourself off with a privacy door that separates your space from the rest of the house.

It is in the Village of Arroyo Grande, in the Cherry Creek Estates. It is the historic farmhouse on the original property, and is now a part of a beautiful modern neighborhood. It is very pedestrian friendly, and people come from all over to walk their dogs, ride their bikes for fitness, or just stroll and enjoy the quaint community.
